What Did Amy Poehler say to the Harvard Class of 2011?

I love a good speech and graduation season is full of great speeches.

Amy Poehler of Saturday Night Live fame gave the address at Harvard Class Day on May 25th and it was hilarious and irreverent—typical Amy—but also peppered with nuggets of wisdom.

Some of my favorite lines from her speech:

“Make big choices early and often”.

“Take your risks now. As you grow older you become more fearful and less flexible”.

“When you feel scared, hold someone’s hand and look into their eyes. And when you feel brave, do the same thing”.

Watch the clip below for the entire speech and let us know your favorite lines. Enjoy!

Pretty good! You should also watch the Bill Clinton Commencement speech at Yale. Really inspiring
